Welcome

Dear participants,

We are very excited to welcome you to the PhD symposium “INSIDE – The dark side of the cell” organized by the students of the international program “Signalling mechanisms in cellular homeostasis”. During the two-day symposium we want to shed light on the processes regulating homeostasis and the complex organizational aspects of signalling.

Organizing this event was and still is a fruitful and fun experience, which gave us the chance to get in contact with many world-class scientists. We would like to thank the speakers for accepting our invitation and you for participating. We also want to acknowledge Manuela Baccarini, scientific coordinator of the SMICH PhD program, for her commitment and support.
